IP Master | Drop-down list display problem - ERROR:-2147220586 ->IXMLHttp::GetDomFromResponse

It may happen that when clicking on a header or line field to display a drop-down list, you encounter the following error message:

ERROR:-2147220586 ->IXMLHttp::GetDomFromResponse

So far, the problems encountered have been solved by making the following changes:

  1. Added proxy in IE settings (if a proxy exists on the network)

  2. Added USEHTTP=TRUE setting in BasWare IP Admin application settings

  3. Editing the IPxx.ini file by adding the line USEHTTP = TRUE
